Ööpoole is a community of northern women and men, who are in search for themselves.
For the state of DEEP AWAKE, you need to find your true self that may be hiding behind the masks. Healing process can start when the masks come off and you face all of you, even the darkest parts. To get in touch to your inner feels, you may need to go to UP NORTH: mindfulness, aroma therapy, sound medicine, forest retreats and so forth.
